Next summer, I’d like to complete an internship that would set me apart from other university applicants - meaning an internship that is highly selective and competitive (e.g. one at Facebook or the UN).
What are some examples of highly selective internships for rising high school seniors at high-profile companies/organisations?
how about you do something that interests you rather than look for reputation
I interned at a major magazine (don’t want to give name bc then I’ll be identified, haha) but is a big cultural institution and has 1,000,000+ subscribers. I write, so the chance to write for a national website and intern for the magazine was great, but just do what you’re interested in doing.
I interned for a college recruit company. I mainly did marketing at my school, and I really loved it! I don’t know if it will help me in college admissions, but I really enjoyed it.
