<p>and yeah.. for rolling schools, the earlier you submit your app, the better, in general.</p>
<p>There aren't many in the top 40 I believe. I know U Michigan does rolling admission and maybe one of the colleges in Cornell University.</p>

<p>USC [SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA] has a DEC 10 deadline for scholarship eligibility. They send acceptances to students they wish to interview for scholarships in Jan and Feb, the rest hear toward the end of March.</p>

<p>Penn State (#47) says they're "rolling" but they don't send any acceptances until after Nov. 1.</p>
