having friends...and more than just friends ^^

The independence, I guess.

I know what Varite will miss...

being independent, a lot of friends, freedom to do whatever I want, opportunity to do risky stuff, developing relationships, learning, interacting with intellectuals, new people, diverse people, different place

^ yea that stuff.. And the ladies

aww, the naivete

8 AM? we start at 7:30… teenagers are not meant to function at any level at these hours!

Autonomy…

Less time in school
parties/beer/beer related athletics
living on my own
learning fascinating things and talking to fascinating people
coed dorms

yeah…

Freedom - and taking classes that I actually want to learn >_> Screw general education requirements.

sex drugs and alcohol

Fu*kin suckin drankin and smokin!!!

Math proof parties. The education, the Computer Science, the research opportunities, the prestige of my future college.

Choosing courses that I like… not what I have to take =)
Much more independence.
Living on my own
Meet awesome people

getting to make my own choices
considerably nicer weather
intellectual stimulation

Studying abroad and meeting new people.

Orientation. New People. The really long flight to get there. Move-in day. My roommate. First year seminar. Snow.

Discarding old reputation of being anti social.

Less stupid classes.

Less work (as in, more time to do it because one isn’t attending stupid classes).

NO ZERO PERIOD!
