The house down the street from me just sold for 20K over asking after 48 hours on the market. Our real estate market is HOT. Only problem is, we wouldn’t necessarily benefit. We remortgaged at the absolute lowest rate I’ve ever seen and as my DD is in the LPS, we really can’t leave the area. We moved here originally because it was a more affordable town. Still is compared to those around us. I actually talked to DH this weekend about selling and moving to another state near a good LDS, but we can’t find one that meets the needs of both kids and DD insists she’s staying put.
