and that's it

Tutor 1-3 students for 2-3 hours a week in calculus.

A bunch of clubs which don't do anything but I never got around to officially quitting them.

Chess club president next year (I'm sure I won't mention the fact that all of the good people are leaving this year and I'll be stuck with a bunch of boring guys :P)
-Trying to start a beta club chapter (one of my friends, who arguably has more significant ECs than anybody of the school and grades good enough for the Honors Society, was oddly rejected while many more questionable people who were more well-liked by teachers were let in - not to mention the fact that at our school the students don't actually decide what they get to do as far as community projects in the Honors Society go, and at my old school which had a beta club the projects carried out were ideas of students)

I might get back into football next year seeing as I lost weight over this past year and need something to kill time during the fall

Worked 2-3 hrs/week for Meals on Wheels last summer

Over the summer I'll probably go to Summer Ventures, or do work over at one of the marine labs

Unofficially campaigned for the Libertarian Party during the election (I say unofficially because there is no organized chapter in this county), and trying to start up a chapter here; I doubt that'll ever happen, though, because I'm obviously going to be leaving for college before the next election, not to mention the fact they probably want it to be organized by someone older

And of course the standard useless awards I might use to fill up space

Doing a Science Olympiad project, have no clue how it will turn out

Overall not that much, but I plan on doing some stuff over the spring/summer; my "reach" school is the University of Chicago, so I'm not going to kill myself cramming in ECs. I've been thinking about running for Senior Class President, which I'll only have a small chance of winning if none of the hot girls run.

X-Country 1 yr
-Individual running & races soon to come
Some ~200 hours of volunteering (some past leadership positions)
Art Club
Alto Saxophone
Mentoring (w/ leadership position)

HMM... Nothing special.

School Newspaper
GSA
Drama
Natural Helper (do you guys even know what this is?)
Tutoring a middle school kid (90 minutes per week, LOL)
Volunteering at soup kitchen during summer (50 hours)

That's it! A lot of small stuffs that won't be counted that much in college admission. Oh well, this is only my sophomore year.
