american eagle + a&f + hollister are my favorites

Half my clothes are from Old Navy. I love that store.

Hand-me-downs, Fashion Bug, Kohl's, JCPennys, and NY & Company (only place that has jeans long enough for me)

Ralph lauren, hilfiger, ae, anf, hollister, jcrew, ruehl, gap, aero, old navy

Shopping? What's shopping?

-looks at 7-year-old shoes-

love lacoste, juicy, BCBG, ralph lauren, bloomingdales, anthropologie, lucky brand, free people, lululemon (best company ever)

J. Crew
H&M
Anne Taylor Loft
DSW
Aldo
Kohls (b/c they carry Gloria Vanderbilt jeans which fit me really well)

I love the GAP. Such an awesome store. And it's good quality too for the price.

I'll also splurge sometimes at Bloomingdales and get True Religions or Seven jeans...

but I also love the clearance racks at Target or Old navy. Just basically whatever is cute and if I can afford it at the time!

The Home Depot.

Soroptimist thrift shop, Value Village... thrift shops in cities (ie, with consistently interesting finds) tend to be a bit expensive for regular shopping, plus the nearest thrift-shoppy city is an hour away. Two or three times a year I order stuff from Sierra Trading Post, if I'm feeling extra splurge-y. My latest STP order:

:D

Macy's, Express, Banana Republic, Gap, and Old Navy

Didn't mean to bring this thread up or anything, but why are there two Abercrombies in the same mall?
One is just 'Abercrombie' and the other one is 'Abercrombie and Fitch'
Are they the same? Why do they have two shops?

I like Forever 21 (the stuff that I buy there seems to be great quality for low prices. Also, the fabric resists all stains... yes, I'm a messy eater =D). I also wear Anthropologie and Free People... but I buy those shirts on eBay for a deflated price. I'm extremely cheap when it comes to clothes. TJ Maxx and Marshall's are hit-or-miss, but if I'm creative with the shirts, there are always some good ones.

I also like to buy really cheap tee-shirts and tie-dye them/ embroider them, etc.

I buy my jeans from American Eagle, because those are the only ones that fit me well, but I hate their shirts. Freshman year, everyone LOVED American Eagle, so I bought a couple tees... I washed them once and they came out of the dryer with holes all over!

theres this really cool thrift store called buffalo exchange in berkeley near where i live which has some really cool stuff but at the mall i usually do american eagle or zumiez

austin,

"Abercrombie & Fitch" is (supposed to) targeted the 18+ age group
"Abercrombie" is targeted towards kids/youth

In other words, a kid wearing Abercrombie will wear Abercrombie & Fitch when he grows up. Afterwards, that's where Ruehl No.925 comes in...

depends...
for overall stuff I'll go to bloomingdales, neiman marcus, nordstroms etc
for jeans I g to express and diesel or the above stores
but I'm hooked on t -shirts, but abstract wierd/random tshirs.. I hate the ones that have like a "funny" message written on them, they're so tacky...my last t-shirt acquisition I got from a couple of russian street artists in argentina, absolutely awesome stuff..

American Eagle.

I can live off that store.

I have a bunch more stores I like and can list, but my head is hurting right now...but yeah, you just need to know that I love American Eagle. So much. <3

H&M is pretty much my all-time favorite store. I looove the combination of craziness and classiness.

Delia's when I can afford it, since I love patterns. Forever 21. Urban Outfitters. Target (taaargeeeyy). Threadless.

Most of my clothes, actually, come from a local vintage shop called Rag O Rama. Unfortunately, it's gotten more expensive and less interesting since it's become better known... soooo now I raid Goodwill.

and hollister is the supposed 14-18 age group of abercrombie

Taxi Taxi
Buckle
Journeys
