hey guys. just out of curiosity i'm wondering what everyone wants to do after they actually graduate. i've been putting a lot of thought into it lately.

i'm going to High Point University this Fall and majoring in History.
after i graduate I wanna move to Greenpoint, Brooklyn. (I was born there.)
I'm going to get an apartment, and work wherever I can to save money. I'm going to establish residency then hopefully attend graduate school at a CUNY like Brooklyn College, for example.
I'm not totally sure what I want my career choice to be yet but I have a while to decide haha.
What do you guys plan on doing!?

Get some work experience or teach English abroad for a year if I can’t find anything I’d like. After several years of working, serve a stint in the Peace Corps since it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Then, I’d either find another job in my field or go to B-school if I want to reposition myself.

Law or Grad school. It depends on if I still wanna do Law in 3-4 years. Whichever I do I plan to go out of state for it. Take some time to broaden my horizons statewise, because by this point I plan to have done quite a bit of study abroad. Wherever I go i’ll get an apartment and hopefully be able to find a job to help pay the bills. After this point i’m not sure yet. Depends on what happens in the next few years.

I want to sit in my pajamas all day, writing an epic novel. Every evening I’ll drink away my sorrows at the local pub, eventually descending into alcoholism. I’ll die of liver cirrhosis by the time I’m 40 but will always be remembered as a true literary genius.

Or I’ll get a ****ty job to pay the bills. Whatever sounds more fun.
