Bank of America is the one I see mentioned all the time on the parents’ facebook page. Alternatively, you could get a Schwab Bank account and use any ATM you want.
Bank of America is your best bet. There is a big branch right near campus plus free ATMs on campus. The BoA staff is generally very helpful.
