What Campus should i dorm in?

ok so im going to rutgers next year...
im going to be a freshman student.

i am majoring in political science, which is in the Art and Science Department.
Which campus suits me?

I would like to study extensively, but also party occasionally?
Which campus do you think I should put down?

College avenue, if you can still get space at this point (not to be a Debbie Downer). I’d say Busch next. Busch is a pretty good campus. I think the political science department might be located on Douglass, so maybe that might interest you as well.

Also realize: whatever your major is doesn’t really have to have any relation to the campus you live on since you have the bus system (the only exception I can think are pharmacy and engineering majors, where living on Busch would be the best option since most of their classes are conveniently located there)

I’m also a political science major, and it’s true that we have buses running and that the Political Science Department is in Cook/Douglass. Most of the classes are on College Ave and Cook/Douglass, despite a few on Livingston. Hope this helps! :)

hey guys…

so which one should i try to get ?
any final thoughts?
im leaning towards busch? would that be ok?

srsly just get your housing deposit in and you can modify it later if you change your mind.

Busch is a great choice. I lived there my freshman year and liked it. It’s great if you want the quietness for studying, but convenient with the buses to College Avenue if you want to catch a party or two.

it’s really not that big of a deal. every campus has its pros and cons.
