What should I do to show AAP at Cornell to show I am a solid applicant? I am interested in architecture/fine arts.

Decide between architecture and fine arts ASAP. Even though they’re in the same college, all three AAP majors are very distinct and are looking for applicants who are super dedicated to that specific major. This is especially true for architecture, as it is a 5 year professional degree program. And yes, portfolio is definitely very important and if particularly compelling can sometimes surpass other aspects, like GPA and test scores.
