What can I do with a Physics degree besides being a Phycisist?

Title Says it all and thank you for your input

I have been a physics professor for over 30 years and our graduates at Illinois Tech find jobs in many different fields. Lots of them go into the financial industry as analysts or programmers, into the software industry, find jobs as engineers, work in the data science/analytics field, work as technicians in startup companies, teach high school, work in patent law firms, go to medical or law school and so on. The thing is that physics is quite general and gives you the ability to be flexible and pursue a lot of different professions. The challenge is to promote your skills and get that first job since you don’t have specific training in some of these areas.

I always wondered why you had Illinois Institute of tech as your logo
