My high school also never sends anyone to the Ivies (unless it's on a football scholarship) except for this year (to Yale).</p>

<p>Wall of Sound is my high school's competitive marching band. We put over 300 hours into the making of our show every season, starting in early spring and lasting until the football games end. We perform at 5 competitions every year and state competition at UW Whitewater. We also perform at home football games.</p>

<p>***I know this is early but I am looking at Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, Princeton, Penn, U of Chicago, Ahmerst, Caltech.
I am also looking at Northwestern, Columbia University, and WashU.
My safety, of course, is Madison!</p>

<p>As my title of my post states, what can these statistics do for ME? Are the schools I am looking at in range, or should I look at other schools that are less prestigious...Do I have what it takes??? (Or am I just kidding myself??)</p>

<p>You say your school never sends ppl to Ivies unless its for a football scholarship. Last I heard, Ivy league schools have never given athletic scholarships.</p>
