what can you suggest?

I'm international student, computer based Toefl score- 243, B average ( 3.1. I had terrible grades during my freshman year, then I made big progress, does university pay attention to this?) , don't know my SAT scores yet ( available on November 28th), I'm ready to pay large amount of my college costs. I search for College with 1000 to 10000 students in eastern states, (Midwest, New England, south east all are acceptable. I want college with prestigious business program, particularity strong in entrepreneurship or international business. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

ummm, can't really help w/o sat scores. If you have good sat scores, i suggest NYU (stern), CMU (tepper), though they are reaches with international status and your gpa. Upward trend in gpa helps, but not a whole lot at top schools. Take a look at Ohio State (fisher), Indiana (kelly), or the Big 10 in general for business (though they are very large schools). Pitt (katz) might be a good option as well.

University of Maryland College Park may be good for you, but is large.

Thanks, any other suggestions? smaller ones will be better

Look at Mount St. Mary University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. It's a small school with a good business program. Univerisity of Maryland Baltimore County is much smaller than the College Park campus, and may be good for you, too. Suffolk University in Boston may be good.
