Genetic Counseling, School Counseling, and Pharmacist. Now, if I could only choose my major!

A Veterinary Pharmacologist.

I sound like a d-bag but Investment banking, Financial Services. My dream school is Wharton and I really would like to go to Stern if I don’t make it there.

I would love to be a geneticist discovering new research about diseases and finding out what causes them, or a genetic engineer that gets to play around with genetic information (as in DNA splicing), who knew that you could make mushrooms glow in the dark? Genetic counseling sounds cool too.

I also found animal/human behavior interesting, and was thinking about being a research psychologist so I could figure people out, but most people with the credentials for it wind up working as counselors, which I could never, ever do because I am a bad conversationalist. :P

When I was in fifth grade we did a short unit on electricity and circuits- not very in depth, of course, because it was just fifth grade. It seemed interesting, but I hadn’t done anything else like it in school since then, and so I kind of forgot about it. Now, I’m beginning to wonder what a job as an electrical engineer would be like…

drac313: You’re not a d-bag for doing somethong you love. If you like investment banking and financial services, that’s a good thing. It’s the people who go into the field out of greed that are d-bags.
