What Classes to Take at CC (USC Soph Transfer)

Hello CC,

As I begin the long journey (hopefully ONE year) towards USC Marshall School of biz, I am heading along towards registration at my local CC (Pasadena).

I am setting myself up to take my prerequisites this semester

English and Writing
Macroecon (Should I take this before or after Micro)
Math 9 (It's the level below the Calc Prereq)

What are some other classes I could take that could round out my semester? My counselor recommended Socio and lab sciences but as of now i'm completely lost!

bumping this, i gotta register tomorrow! =Q

Look at your articulation agreement to find out which classes will fill the GE needs. The only prerequisites required by marshall are macro, micro, and bus calc. Just follow USC's GE pattern for selecting the rest of your courses.

I too am a sophmore transfer at the Marshall School of Business.

For me, the courses I finished were obviously the prerequisites.

I also took a course in psychology, chemistry, Calculus 3 and 4.

did you take summer courses? when did you apply? how many credits did you have when you applied? can you give me your stats as when you had applied and when you transferd.

and if u take a year of accounting u get waived for like 2 out of 3 courses at USC

@trustabdy- i did not take any summer courses, i applied this year and i got in (app date: feb 25), when i applied i had 18.

4.0 GPA
35 credits Transferrable

If it helps, one of my friends got in with a 3.62 GPA sophmore as well.
