Personally, I think I'm gonna do wind ensemble and the PU Band (trumpet). I might want to work the daily Princetonian if I'm extra ambitious, although I have no experience in journalism (my high school doesn't have a newspaper).

I joined clubs that do community service like Key and interact. I also joined NHS, IRC( some school call it United Nation, but ours is International Relation) Journalism, Art, and poetry club.

I am a musician too, but I'll probably be joining the PU Orchestra and/or the Jazz Ensemble (I have played the French Horn primarily for 8 years, but I started on the trombone 2 years ago so I could play in my school's Jazz Band). I was an editor at my school's newspaper so I definitely want to work at the Daily Princetonian with Op-Ed. I also want to join the Conservation Society and Princeton Anime-Manga.

I'll be joining a community service group, one of the lesser selective a cappella groups (got hooked last summer at camp) and/or a nonselective dance group (the only realistic way to keep body fat levels down). Oh, and the math club, of course :)

Hm... I want to join Chapel Choir, ballroom dance, kendo club, the Prince (I don't think I'll be able to get away from print media anytime soon), and some sort of Christian youth group. I may possibly join the equestrian club or sailing temporarily for fun and try all sorts of different/cool/new things.

I'm still heavily debating what I want to do. Possibilities include: crew (though I have 0 experience, so don't know if this is possible...), quiz bowl (almost definite), debate panel (part of Whig-Clio), and Daily Princetonian.

I was thinking about some language club, Daily Princetonian, tennis, College bowl, community service, and other things. (This is a broad list) :D

I want to write for the Prince for sure... other than that, I REALLY hope I can find a dance group that's not too selective, because I've been really big on dancing my whole life. Also, if they'll take me, quiz bowl, because academic team is like my LIFE in high school, haha. Definately community service, and maybe some acting? I hope?

just wondering, how much time (besides class and studying) will we have to participate in extracurriculars on a regular weekday? (honest answers appreciated)

any time that's not used for class/studying can be used for ECs. This totally depends on your schedule. My a cappella group rehearses minimum ~7hrs a week, and I spend a fair amount of time outside learning new material. This basically sucks up most of my night, but I still find time to get work done.
