I also attended Temple University 3 years ago, but stopped because I wanted to take a break and explore the world. Glad I did. Now that I’m over on the West Coast I’ve decided to go back and get a degree. Fees are really low at SF STATE and it’s a nice campus- so here I am.
And that’s my life story- lol.

Lol dionte- yeah, I liked Temple University but at the time I wasn’t in the right mentality to get the best out of ANY college. I really was one of those young people who needed that in between break after high school.

Johns Hopkins University
Writing and Public Health: Natural Sciences–> Pre-Med/Pre-Law :)

Vanderbilt, biomedical engineering, possibly pre-med or pre-law

Yeah, we have a lot of those people who come to Temple. I had a 30 year old lady in my stats class who moved to Seattle after graduating HS to play in a band.

^^ 30- that is pretty great. I have a friend 29 who after getting her B.A in graphic design some years ago wants to now go and get her Masters. I’m still pretty young (early 20’s so I only explored for like 2 years-lol) but I needed that break just to see what the world was like outside of the classroom. I got some real world experience along with job experiences. But being out there made me realize I definitely wanted (and in ways NEEDED) a degree.
