<p>I’m surprised how many kids here are going to a “normal college” (ie - not an Ivy). On the high school board, it’s Harvard this, Yale that, and it’s all a bunch of crazy braniacs who are probably thinking suicide if that ACT comes back as a 35 or think they have a learning disability if they have a 3.9 GPA with 8 AP’s in all 4 years of high school.</p>
<p>I’m a rising junior at a small high school in Nebraska (160 kids, 9-12). Class rank = 1/55. GPA - 4.0. Got a 28 on my PLAN test. I want to go to Kansas State for Architectural Engineering.</p>
