What college/university application has the hardest supplement?

My D just finished the Brown University supplement. I think it took years off our lives! It must be the hardest supplement.

Are their harder ones out there?

For me, I think LMU supplement was the hardest one I had to deal with

i think UChicago’s…?

UChicago’s is pretty hard, and they consider the essays strongly so it requires a lot of consideration.

Stanford and Princeton have fairly lengthy supplements. I’m also going to second UChicago.

I agree with NobleFlaire, the LMU supplemental essay was sooo hard.

By the way, NobleFlaire, I assume you applied early action; do you know how we find out whether we’re admitted?

My friend applied for early action last year and he got accepted around early January. But he was international and I assume it would be earlier for domestic students.

Oh, and I didn’t apply early action. My school forms were not ready. Besides, I was told that early action applicant pool is more competitive despite having higher acceptance rate. So basing on my not-so-stellar stats, I thought regular decision might give me a higher chance.

Oh okay, do you know how he found out? E-mail, mail, etc?

U of Chicago was the toughest on my D’s list.

LMU for my son.

LMU for my son too
