My gpa is a 3.0 .. </p>
<p>I know my SAT scores are low , but i'm going to take another test in October to improve my scores . </p>
<p>What college will I be able to get in ? </p>
<p>(Mostly in NJ , NY , Pennsylvania , and Delaware )</p>
