<p>Im new here so I guess ill try this...</p>

<p>Go to a crazy private school that runs mostly on politcs. My GPA might not reflect my knowledge so im pushing it in my SAT</p>

<p>GPA: 3.30
SAT:
-Math: 530
-Critical Reading: 500
-Writing: 480</p>

<p>This is my first SAT so I had no idea how it was going to be. (I did prep alot though)</p>

<p>Colleges im thinking:
-NJIT
-Rutgers Newark
-Rutgers NB
-Seton Hall</p>

<p>Activities:
-Volunteered at Doctors Office
-Model UN
-My Schools Newspaper
-Volunteered for Boys Scouts (like giving out kits and such...)</p>

<p>I know im getting accepted to NJIT but ill see the rest. </p>

<p>Im going to be really pushing my GPA. I know its bad and im sick of it and lots went out of my control which ****es me off more. I feel like I got a grip of SAT for the November.</p>

<p>Im interested in majoring somewhere in Computer Science. My second option would me somewhere in the medical field if I can improve my grades in college (but its a foggy situation and im not really interested)</p>

<p>Mmm, they are all mid-high reaches with your GPA. It’s not impossible though.</p>

<p>Im going to kill myself with this GPA - I wish my school had better staff. </p>

<p>Im taking SAT classes everyday. Luckily my school has some connections and they love us (idk why these colleges do but im not crying)</p>

<p>Anything I can do so far while im ripping to improve my SAT?</p>

<p>Just get good grades for the first semester and improve those SATs. Aim for 1600-1800.</p>

<p>@jibler Im trying to aim for 1800 and thats my goal. Im still angry from my GPA.</p>

<p>I have a plan though for the SAT. November is around the corner and im hoping I do better than my first, im trying hard for it but this will be my second SAT. Technically, its good to take 3 SAT’s so I want to save my last one for around January of February. This last SAT will be what I will update to my colleges.</p>
