What college would be the right fit for me?

Hi,
My name is Rami. I’m an international student studying at an American Highschool in Dubai. I’m currently applying to universities in both US and Canada, specifically Pre-med programs. This is an overview of my application.

G.P.A. 4.0. Top 1% of class
1800 SAT (700 Math, 540 Reading and 570 Writing)
By the time I graduate, I complete 4 AP courses including Biology, Chemistry, and Calculus.
SAT 2s: 670 on Biology 650 on chemistry, and 700 on Math 2.
Doing my ACT on December 12 in hopes of getting a better score

Extracurricular Activities:
Head of MUN club (Model United Nations), won 4 different awards in 5 conferences.
Student Council President. Member for 3 years now.
Chemistry Club President and founder.
Basketball Varsity team
Drama Club
Arabic Reading club

Volunteering and Social Work
Several visits to Dubai Cares Autism Center
Two different charity events at Saint Mary Church
3 Week Volunteer Program in Kathmandu, Nepal
2 Week Volunteer Program in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
2 Week Volunteer Program at a local hospital in Tartous, Syria

Disregarding tuition fees and location, if you could help me pick the best schools that would accept my application in both the US and Canada I would be really grateful.
Thanks!

How much can you and your family afford? Costs will be the main factor since you will be paying out of state fees at any public universities and privates can be very costly. Also your SAT will hinder your chances for merit aid at most schools. Any particular locations in the US? Pre-med is not a major, so do you have a particular major in mind?

@Gumbymom I would be able to afford up to 40k… Any additional fees I’ll have to cover with financial aid and student loans. I’m mostly looking at Biochemistry/ Bio-medical sciences. Biology is an option as well. Location wouldn’t really make much of a difference to me; I was actually looking at California and Boston, but as long as I’m admitted to good school with a convenient campus, I would be fine with anything throughout the nations. My only worry is my test scores which would seriously limit my options.
