What are some good suggestions for safety/target/reach colleges for someone with my criteria and scores? Thanks!
me: white female on west coast. I’m willing to look at colleges anywhere in USA
gpa: 3.7 unweighted. (also unranked at school)
ACT: 31
extra curricular: tennis team (4 years), women in leadership council (2 years), yearbook, currently editor (4 years), fashion internship, Women in stem club (4 years), volunteer at women’s shelter (4 years) 100+ hours, etc
COLLEGE:
school: private, co-ed, four year. preferably equally liberal/conservative, or more liberal.
price= any is fine
where: city or large town with stuff to do
greek life: none / has little affect on social life
classes: preferably has a business school, and some kind of art/design minors
student to teacher ratio: smaller is better
size: 4,000-10,000 undergrads. preferably not part of a consortium
campus: pretty and picturesque. “traditional” campus feel
My S wanted a mid-sized urban college and we found a number of the Jesuit colleges fit the bill for him. (For full disclosure he went to Fordham and loved it.) Look through the list below and pick out the ones that meet your academic stats and geographic desires.(http://www.ajcunet.edu/institutions/
Other ideas might be Villanova, Providence, Bentley. Some that may skew more liberal could be American, USC, Tulane (slightly bigger than your target.
(And going forward there is really no need for all caps – it is the CC equivalent of yelling.)

Options are limited at this late date.
Have a look at Catholic University, Manhattan College, the University of Scranton.
If you’re willing to be a little pushy (but nice!), a school like Loyola University Maryland (deadline 15 Jan) might be persuaded to accept a late application. You could all the Admissions office (or ask a parent to do so), say you discovered their great school only recently, you realize the deadline has passed but would love to apply if there’s any possibility of a late opening.
Fordham’s merit aid was just released. Are you not satisfied with the school or was the merit they offered not enough? Did you apply to any schools in Oregon? If you’re hesitant about attending Fordham and don’t have alternatives you like better maybe you need to take a gap year and apply to a new list.
