<p>Depends on the college. 80% of US colleges ONLY look for your GPA and test scores. That's all. A very select few care about other things -- the so-called "higher" ranked schools.</p>
<p>Extracurricular activities, essays -- are not considered AT ALL at most colleges.</p>
<p>What schools are you targeting? You should go to their websites for info -- not trawl CC for opinions of folks. It's your college search -- invest the time/effort -- it'll make life easier</p>
