What colleges should I be aiming for?

Hi, this is my first time posting on here so I apologize if I am doing this wrong lol.
I am a high school senior and it is high time I make a list of colleges I should be applying to. However, the problem is, I am unsure how to go about this. My counselor is really no help and my parents are just driving me crazy and yelling at me out of frustration because they are afraid I won get in anywhere good, and cost is a bit of an issue as well.

So my question is, what kind of schools should I be looking at? Can anyone give me some ideas based on my profile?
I am a full IB student at a public magnet school.
I have a 3.7 UW and a 4.2 or 4.3 weighted, although I am not sure if the weighted GPA really matters.
I have a 1950 SAT from last December, but I plan on retaking it in October.
I volunteer at the hospital twice a week, the American Cancer Society, my local church, the American Red Cross and nearby food bank.
I work at Kumon once a week and for my taekwondo instructer twice a week.
I am a third degree blackbelt.
I play in the school orchestra, I do Yearbook, Honors Society, Amnesty International, Key Club, and HOSA.

I know I do not have the most impressive record, but I’ve have had some issues with a family member fighting cancer and it was a huge distraction throughout my high school career. Also, if it matters, I am Indian and my dad is the only workign parent, he earns about 100 thousand per year.

Can someone tell me what schools I have a decent shot at that are actually good schools? Thanks so much in advance

Define “good schools”.
Home State? Intended major?

How much can your parents pay/year for your college $$? EFC? You need to know what is affordable and if you are going to require financial aid and/or merit aid.

Large/small school? Urban/suburban/rural? In-state or out of state? Private/Public?

I think by good schools my parents mean top 25 ish? Home state is Washington and my intended major is business or economics. In terms of size, public/private and population, honestly any school that we can afford, so I have no preferences. I am not really sure how much my parents save, but looking at the situation at the moment, I think the lesser the tuition is the better. 25 to 30 thousand per year maybe? I really dont know what I am going to do and am a bit freaked out. What schools have a reputation for having good financial aid?

SAT is low for top 25 schools. Luckily, many excellent schools are not in the top 25.
25 to 30k/year is pretty realistic with an income of 100k at schools which meet need, many of which you’d have a decent shot of getting into.
What is your intended major/academic interests?
Here’s the list of schools which meet school-calculated financial need:

@usualhopeful Not sure how to get the reply button to work. I know, I have been studying all summer for the next one and I really think I will do better. I am interested in studying business. Do you mind sending me the list of schools which meet school calculated financial aid?

Your unweighted GPA is at the lower end, but your SAT is right in the middle range of enrolled students at the University of Washington, which is within your budget and has an excellent business school.
