What counts as "non-US educational systems"?

<p>Living in Canada, I'm not sure if I have to fill out the International Supplement <a href="http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/forms/international_supp_1213.pdf%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/forms/international_supp_1213.pdf&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>It says that only non-US educational systems have to fill this out.
Here in Canada, our system is so close to the U.S. (as is with everything else) that I'm not sure if I have to fill this out.</p>
