Spanish 4 CP

My goal is to become a doctor. However, I do not think I will be able to get into a 7 or 8 year medical program with my existing math and science grades. (I'll still apply probably). If I do not get in, I would like to major in something where I can take my MCAT's after 4 years or still get a job if I change my mind. My parents suggested I go into Biomedical Engineering. I thought it through and decided that it would not be a bad idea because I can always become a doctor, continue engineering, or do research should I choose to. That being said, I intend on going to either a medical program or biomedical engineering program. Now, what I am struggling to decide is what I should take next year that looks the best for both lines. Next year I know I'm taking AP Calculus BC and I got a letter of recommendation for AP Literature which i may not take because i don't want my courses to be more than I can handle. I feel I need to take AP Biology because it is the most important subject for both lines. However, I heard that colleges want to see that you take AP Statistics and AP Physics C in High school. (I also need another art and career elective but am considering taking them over the summer, but ive never taken a summer course so idk how that would turn out). So with the courses I just listed my schedule would look something like this.

AP Literature/English 4 H
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP Physics C
AP Biology
Study Hall (You need a study hall to take 2 AP sciences)
Electives would be taken care of in the summer

The problem with this is that doubling up in math and science would be really hard and I feel I would not preform my best in any of the subjects. Now I am considering selfstudying for an AP test this year. I can do one of the following 3 things.
1) I heard AP Physics C has the same curriculum as AP Physics 1, only with Calc. So i'm thinking i could just study physics from this year and since I'm in Calc just take the AP Physics C exam. Next year I can then take electives and another AP.
2) Self Study for AP Bio and take the same schedule next year except with electives and an AP in maybe Spanish or Psychology
3) Selfstudy for AP Statistics. By doing this, I can take the same classes listed above only with electives instead Stats. I feel like this seems the most appealing to me however I don't know if it loos bad not to take AP Statistics in school or if its difficult to study or if it looks bad to have a study hall.

Please help me decide what to so. Thanks! I appreciate any advice you have to offer.

P.S. I ma taking AP Economics this year and really enjoy it. As of now it;s my best class with a 99. I was thinking about also doing a minor in finance however I am not sure if it's worth it. How would a minor in finance help me in a medical field. (or engineering should I change my mind)
