<p>update - 12 essay :), my examples were kind of generic but I wrote 3 1/2 pages so that probaly helped.</p>

<p>I know this is a little off topic, but was this ACT significantly harder or easier than others? I only took it once so I don’t know.</p>
<p>depends on your best subjects: according to some sites, if you’re the one sleeping all day and still making "A"s, then you should choose SAT, because it’s based on your thinking and predictions. However, if you’re the one paying attention and works hard, you should choose the ACT just because it’s based on your high school curriculum</p>

<p>SAT total was 1960, so happy with the ACT scores. GPA is low at 3.2, so hoping the ACT scores will help, and will retake in June, hoping for a point or two more…probably won’t help in acceptances, but maybe merit aid?</p>
