food is food. who the hell cares about being skinny gosh. our minds have been corrupted by society.

Well you don’t have to be skinny but being fat is definitely a bad thing.

well not really. being obese is a problem. fat depends on how fat you are

Obese = fat IMO. They are the same in my book.

Sushi. Lol this post is really random :D

Lawl no wonder you guys get 5s on your APUSH exams.

Actually you’re less likely to get fat if you eat more than two meals a day. It’s better to get five small meals a day because if you don’t eat for a few hours your body goes into starvation mode and it will try to save all of the food that you do eat whereas if you eat more small meals your metabolism is constantly going.

bagels and cream cheese are delish ok… why even bring weight into it lol?

i had grilled chicken, broccoli, and a fully loaded baked potato :)

Very wrong.

Haters:

I think that person’s point is, it’s much better to have 5 meals than 2 meals if you’re eating the same amount of total calories in both instances.

Obviously eating 5 meals of the same size the 2 meals were would be very bad.

Yeah what I was saying is its better to eat five smaller meals of say 400 calories each than two meals of a 1000 calories

well i had puzzy for dinner with my girlfriend
