What do I do if I do not have my final transcript yet?

I am currently facing a problem as the deadline for the Coalition App for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is January 20, 2020, but my final transcript is expected to be out by the 5th of June. The Coalition App, however, requires the final transcript as a part of the application. What do I do? Do I submit my current transcript again?

No college application, typically due from October to January, requires a final transcript which is never available until next May or June.

You almost always submit you current transcript with your application, send a mid-year update when mid-year grades are issued, then send your final transcript to the school you will be attending to confirm completion/graduation.

I suggest you re-read the instructions to understand what is required.

“ Official transcript(s) from all secondary schools and all colleges or universities attended, including summer sessions and including any online or distance-education classes”

“ The Fall (and if applicable Winter) grades should be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as soon as they become available.”
