I think i’ll get around 1800 for SAT and i’m international (does Penn expect me to get the same score range as US students?).

Just wondering what i will need for other factors so this score won’t look to bad to them.

Umm... not to be harsh, but that is going to "look bad to them".

What was the break down of your SAT score? If it was like 800 math 500 reading 500 writing with a solid TOFEL score, maybe it will be fine. Then again, I hear people in Hong Kong speak English pretty well, so.... retake it. Study more and up those scores.

I speak fluent english and my toefl will definately not be a problem. I think my break down is around 640 Maths, 600 CR, 650 Writing and i want to go to Wharton damit. Business isn't all math, thats my philosophy.

other ECs include:
-School track finalist 100m and 1500m
-Running for school prefect (I think i have a good chance since i participate and run school ECs. Other students don't)

Work experience includes shadowing the steward manager for a week in the Marina Club. (he gave me a recommendation but he only said good things about me so i don't think i'm gonna send it)

why would you not send a rec that only says good things? Applicants from other countries often get confused I believe, recommendations in the United States are EXPECTED to be only good.
