What do i need to improve???

<p>Hi guys, I'm a Korean (south) junior going to and international school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I've been in that school my entire life. Here are my stats, plz tell me what i should work on in order to get into UC Berkeley as and Econ major (my dream school).</p>

<p>Sophomore GPA on a 4.33 gpa scale; 1st semester :3.71
2nd semester: 3.92
Junior (IB year one) GPA; not out yet. </p>

<p>SAT- scores not out yet, but based on my practice tests, i predict math: 700 CR: 700+ Writing: 750+. </p>

<p>EC: Varsity Soccer-freshman, sophomore, and junior year. Probs captain for senior year
Student Council- junior and prbly running for VP senior year
Habitat for Humanity - freshman, sophomore, junior year, prbly senior year
Mandarin Honor Society- sophomore, junior, senioryear(includes tutoring mandarin)
SEASFIRE- South East Asian Science Foundation for Reef Ecology; we went scuba diving in the Perhentian islands, collected data on coral bleaching, and should publish a magazine or sumthing by the end of the year</p>

<p>Sophomore year i took: Adv integrated math II, Integrated Science, World Studies, Mandarin, English, PE, and Digitech (and introductory comp sci course)</p>

<p>Junior year i'm doing the full IB Diploma:
IB Mandarin SL
IB Biology SL
IB English Lang/Lit SL
IB Math HL
IB Business/Management HL (They don't have IB econ in my school)
IB Geography HL</p>

<p>I'm also taking two AP courses outside of school: AP Calculus (Probably AB), and AP Macro/Micro Economics</p>

<p>Just tell me what i should work on since the school year has just started, and i feel like i should be doing more to get into UC Berkeley. Thanks guys. Don't be afraid to be harsh :D</p>

<p>I’m not sure how the international students thing works but it seems good to me.I personally don’t want to go to Berkeley its too close to home.Like a half hour bart ride away but there’s a lot of people from all over which is great.
Id say check their website for the requirements because its different since you’re international.Like for me all I need is a 3.00 gpa and out of state is 3.5(I think)…I’m not sure what the average SAT/ACT scores are though.</p>

<p>Thanks, but i think they’re quite a bit stricter for international students.

I also won the P.E. award in 10th grade and got 3rd place in a local soccer tournament that year.</p>

<p>ForeIn, I think you are looking at something else.</p>

<p>For Berkeley the average gpa is 3.88 uw. The avg SAT is 2030. This is for domestic though. </p>

<p>GL man, I’m thinking about Berkeley too but as an in-state applicant.</p>
