What do I put for my race?

<p>Hey guys, I'm exactly half Chinese and half white. What do I put down for my race? Other? Can I choose both? Can I put down white for some schools (Princeton, MIT, etc.) and Asian for others (University of Maryland and stuff)? <--the ones that don't use common app that is.</p>

<p>I am half Chinese, half white. I put the two races when I could choose more than one choice and Other when I could only choose one. I don’t believe it makes a difference at all in the application decision</p>

<p>I think it might say ‘check multiple if applicable’ or something like that. </p>
