<p>People do lots of things on weekends. They go to parties (if that's their cup of tea), stay in and chill with friends, and/or explore the city. There isn't a lot of weekend programming on campus. But when exploring the city remember that the prices in DC may be greater than what you are used to. Movies cost $10 (but many offer student discounts so you end up at about $8), taking the metro adds up, and there is a 10% sales tax. You may "grow broke," but you won't get bored.</p>
