What do you think my chances will be at top schools?

Hi, I'm new to the whole college application thing and I'm just wondering what my chances would be at the following schools:

1) The College of New Jersey (safety, hopefully?)
2) Carnegie Mellon
3) Macalester
4) Brown
5) Stanford
6) Columbia
7) Yale (WAAAY reach)

I'm from New Jersey, and my parents when to Stanford for undergrad and to Yale for grad school.

Academics:
My school does not give out ranks but does give awards to the top ten people in the grade. From talking to these other people, I have determined that I am probably first or second in a class of 356 students.

My school does GPA's on a 100 scale (a 97 and up is a 4.0)
GPA: 99.779 (weighted) hope to pull this over 100 by the end of junior year

Freshman Year:
Honors Bio: 96
World History: 99
Honors English: 96
Honors Algebra II: 94
Spanish 3 (no honors offered) : 98

Sophomore Year:
Honors Chem: 99
Honors Spanish: 93
Honors Math: 94
Honors English: 96
Honors Physics: 94
U.S. History: 100

1st Marking Period Junior year
AP Chem: 95
Honors Spanish: 96
Honors English: 94
Honors Precalc and discrete math: 94
AP Statistics: 99
AP U.S. history: 92

Note: no AP's are offered at my school until junior year. Next year I plan to take AP Calc, AP Bio, AP Lit, and AP Spanish

Extracurriculars:(time in years given by predicted end of senior year)
12 years piano
4 years varsity cross country
2 years winter track
4 years spring track
3 years peer leader at my school. (I was chosen as one of three peer leaders my sophomore year. Usually peer leader positions are held only by juniors and seniors.)
4 summers volunteered at local hospital (over 130 hours)
2 years NHS (i will probably run for office next year- you can only run as a senior)
2 years of tutoring neighbor in math and physics

2005 summer session through CTY in Logic and Reasoning
2008 summer session through CTY in The History of Disease

I was nominated and applied for the Governor's School in the Sciences but do not hear back until the spring of 09.

2 Teacher Recommendations: excellent and can vouch for character
guidance recommendation: very good

SAT: 2220
PSAT: 97 percentile

Thank you very much for your input. I value all opinions as I am new to the process and am the first of my siblings to apply to schools. It would be appreciated if you could put your title in with your response. (ex. Junior year student, senior year student, etc.)

Thanks again!

-legacy helps
- cty does absolutly nothing to your app
-too early jnr year is the most important. no sat subject tests

I am by no means an expert but i think my statements are pretty safe to say

oh and I forgot to put WashU on my list :)

oops just posted test scores

in at 1-4.

chance back?

SAT II Bio: 730
SAT II Chem: 740

GSW Fan: why are my chances better at Brown?

brown is SLIGHTLY easier than the other colleges. though put emphasis on slightly.

does anyone know if legacy counts as highly at Stanford as it does at other schools?

I think that Stanford's legacy action is as robust as comparable schools. You can find examples of legacy's getting in that obviously wouldn't be getting in otherwise.

The scattergram attached shows legacy admissions, compared to standard admissions. You can see that legacies are admitted that would not otherwise look to have had much of a chance.
