I’m thinking if going to Santa Fe College for 2 years then transferring to UF.
For those of you attending Santa Fe College: What do you think of it? What do you like and what do you hate? Is it easy to make friends? How are the classes? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Santa Fe is a good school full of good opportunities. I went to Santa Fe and made the transfer into UF. Do not be mistaken that just because you go to Santa Fe you automatically get in UF after you get your AA which doesn’t automatically mean 2 years. I know plenty of people that weren’t able to make the transfer even after 4 years. I took classic a both NW campus and Downtown. I recommend downtown if you are living near UF. I disliked some of the people as I am a very social guy and if you’re looking to have social life Santa Fe is more high school grade activities. I don’t recommend taking any online classes unless they are easy/electives. I HIGHLY recommend picking your major early and focusing on UF requirements for your major. (most schools/programs at UF require 3.0-3.5 GPA’s). This will be crucial and put you ahead of all the other freshman. Lastly, take Fe seriously it’s actually a tough school even since it is a CC do not go there just because you want to be a gator. If you’re looking for easy I would recommend TCC. I wish you the best of luck. Go Gators!
@JoeyAppleseed What is your major?
