What do you think of this essay topic?

<p>For one of my colleges, I'm writing about death. It's not about a death in the family, but rather my thoughts about the metaphysical aspects of death and how contemplating them changed me and one of my values.</p>

<p>Would that be a poorly chosen topic? My parents tell me that the mention of death had the potential to resonate poorly with adcoms.</p>
