I think reading is going to be generous, math will be slightly generous, and writing will be normal.

Based on how my friends did. They though CR was hard, but i disagree. We said Math was average, and writing was average also.

What do you guys think? Numbers will be great.

I certainly hope so. 2 careless mistakes on Maths cost me my 800 so I am hoping for at least a 760 or 770. CR was pretty easy for me, I think I got 5 wrong in total (an achievement for me) and for writing I probably got 1 wrong MAX so I am hoping for an 800 there.

I think most people found the writing section hard so the curve there will be generous. Many people found the math hard so I am sure that has to be generous. For CR, I am not so sure. Mixed opinions so I would say the curve would be average.

i found W easy, -3 in M due to first time stress/absentmindedness cost me 800, and CR was fair…i would say average for me compared to practice tests i’ve written.

how does a -3 M look, score wise? anyone experienced wanna predit a curve for all 3 sections?

on the worst of curves a -3 RAW would get you about 710 or 720, on more generous curves you could get between 730 and 760 to be honest.

Anybody want to do a list of scores that they think would be about right?

I think for reading it might be:

-0: 800
-1: 800
-2: 800
-3: 780
-4: 770

For math maybe:

-0: 800
-1: 760~770
-2: 740
-3: 720

Writing, its too hard to tell

CC concensus

Math: Difficult, harder than Jan and March and also harder than average

54 800
53 780-800 800 is unlikely though, but possible
52 750-770 The latter is unlikely, but the median is very possible
51 730-750
50 710-730
49 700-710
48 700

CR: More difficult than Jan, same as March. It was medium

67 800
66 800
65 790
64 770
63 750
62 730
61 720
60 710
59 700

Writing: More difficult than Jan, same as March according to the concensus.

@shaheiruddin do you really think the scale is going to be like that for math? that seems very high for what the test was.

Yeah I agree with the reading and writing curves but I really dont think math is going to be that lenient.

For January, we had the following curve for the math:

54 - 800
53 - 770
52 - 740
51 - 720

Never bothered checking after that since I got 51. Anyway, this math was harder (trust me, it was, and I’m not just basing on my or others’ opinions) - so the curve should be around 10 points higher:

54 - 800
53 - 780
52 - 750/60
51 - 730
50 - 710
49 - 700
etc.

CR was way harder than in January, in my opinion (thankfully I did slightly better but it’s not noticeable) so I’m guessing like 7-8 mistakes will land you a 700. 2 mistakes is still an 800. Here’s hoping for a 700! (I’m so never gonna get it!)

And as for writing - I can’t judge. It’s literally always easy for me, though I found the passage improvement questions to be more difficult than the January test, so slightly more lenient curve. A 9 on the essay with a 49 MC will get you an 800. Same for 10. 11 essay + 48 MC = 800. 12 essay + 47/46 MC = 800. And just go from there, decreasing like 30 for 1 mistake extra then 20 then 10-10-10 or so. The Writing curve is always difficult to estimate. Here’s hoping the curve is lenient, I want an 800!

I think two wrong on CR’s gonna be 800, 1 wrong on Math will be 780. Math didn’t seem exceptionally easy, but it wasn’t too difficult either.

Writing is tough to call. I don’t think a 9 could possibly earn you a 900. 10 probably will, with perfect MC.

Here’s to hoping I got a 2380.

could possibly earn you an 800*.

Well in January it did, so who knows. Writing seemed as easy as last time, or maybe it’s just always like this.
