What does AP credit means and how many will i get?

First of all i don’t know what does AP credit means and how it helps you. Please someone guide me on that. Secondly i got this result in olevels:
English: A
Urdu: B
Maths:A*
Physics:A*
Chemistry: A*
Biology:A*
Pakistan Studies: A*
Islamiat: A*
Environmental Management: A*

My AS result is this:
Maths:A
Physics:A
Economics:A
And my other alevel subjects are Further Mathematics and Computer Science in which i got As also in my school final exams.

So my question is how many AP credit will i get or how to calculate it and my target school in early action is Princeton. Furthermore i will give my SAT 1-2 in October and November respectively.

AP stands for Advanced Placement and it refers to a specific set of courses for which a test is administered at the end of the year. The program is administered by the College Board. From your stats above, you appear to be an international student. It also doesn’t appear that you have taken any AP courses or exams. You would know if you had. You can only get the credit if you take the test, which is scored from 1 - 5. In order to determine if you would get credit at a particular school, you need to go to its admissions website and find its listing for CLEP tests and see what scores are accepted. Some elite schools don’t accept less than 5, if they take AP credits at all.

Good luck.

And do you have any idea how much credit will i get for Further Maths?

As mentioned, you only get college credit if you take the AP tests: https://apstudent.collegeboard.org/home?navid=gh-aps

As for how many college credits you will get for each AP test you take, that will depend on the university. Here’s Princeton’s:

Very true. Credit depends on the university. From your post, it sounds like you are attending a school with a British curriculum. At many schools, your A level scores can earn you credit, From the Princeton link above:

Scores from your O and AS levels will not earn you anything. gain, this is all university specific.

Thanks for your guidance
