I am currently applying for Columbia University Summer Programm for High School students. I have to send a letter of recommendation from my teacher. What do I put for “Relationship” and “Title” (it’s not Ms/Mr/Mrs etc since this information was already asked).

Title = Math Teacher, Chair of English Department… or whatever title the high school has assigned them
