I requested my application status from NJIT, and they sent me an email with a bunch of information. Most of the things it said were things that I had filled out my stuff, such as the requested admission date, type (freshman), and major. Other parts were things that I already knew, such as the dates they had received the components of my application. The one thing that stood out to me was the line that read “decision: admitted”. It seems like that would be unreasonably quick for them to accept my application. What does that mean? Also, I hope I’m posting this in the right place, I don’t use this site much.

When did you apply? I submitted my application around Nov 1
