What Does this Mean?

So I checked my application status and it says I have outstanding items.

"Item:
Official SAT
or ACT Scores

Description:
Scores must be submitted on an official transcript or directly from the testing agency. Student score reports, photocopies or facsimiles will not be accepted."

I had College Board report my scores to them for $11, I don't understand. I go to the "My Send Score History" and, according to the site, the information was sent on January 18, 2013. I also sent my transcript, could this be referring to there being something wrong to it?

Maybe they haven’t received them and linked to your application yet?

It probably does mean what NJMom said.

Because it’s been almost 2 weeks since your request, and it’s January (which is “reading season” for admissions officers), it doesn’t seem likely to me that the college or university hasn’t downloaded them yet. But it is possible that either they haven’t yet linked the scores to your own file, or they have done that, but they haven’t updated your portal yet.

You can probably give it another few days–maybe until early next week–but if there’s no change, I think this merits a call to the admissions office to explain that you’ve sent the scores (and can see at your College Board portal that the scores have been sent), and to make sure everything is (or will be) OK in the admissions office.
