My sister got an email from USC saying that she will be recieving "important information relating to your application to the University of Southern California". It says that she should recieve a packet within ten days via DHL. Does anybody know what this is or what it means?

since you live overseas, that is obviously the acceptance package. They would not dare send that through regular mail for you would never get it in time. I will bet anything that is what it is.

Yeah, I remember intl applicants last year receiving them by DHL last year, so that has to be it. Especially if it is a packet; rejection letters are NOT packets, I can assure you.

I told her yesterday that it's probably her acceptance packet. I hope you guys are right, thanks a lot.

thats so exciting!!! I want an e-mail too!!! anyone from thornton heard back yet?

I'm international and I just got the DHL packet! Good luck and I hope she gets in!

Thanks :) did you get in?

Yup, I did. :-)

Congrats! My sister is getting her packet tomorrow morning.
