What does this UC email mean?

I got an email from Admissions asking for an unofficial transcript and was wondering if any of you guys know why? Also, usually when they email its from a specific college, but mine just says its from University of California. Thoughts? Thanks!

Does it state where you are suppose to send this “unofficial transcript”?
