I am a prospective transfer applicant and I am totally into Tufts. I am curious about the kind of students Tufts looks for?? Who gets into Tufts??</p>
<p>Solid academic performers, obviously, but beyond that they look for an international, service-oriented outlook, idealism, passion, a desire to apply what you learn to improve the broader world. Active citizenship, global citizenship, and civic engagement are all big buzzwords here.</p>
<p>Well Tufts sounds so… right. All my essays are about one or the other of what you said 
Do you have any idea what percentage of transfer applicants are internationals??</p>

<p>tuftslife.com is a sort of student-services oriented site, tufts.edu is the school’s official site. You could also just email the admissions office.</p>
