<p>Hey did anyones status time change? my status changed from "prelim review" to "application being reviewed by admission committee" on friday but the time didnt change.</p>

<p>Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don't receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th.

<p>I'd think that everyone gets the same order of updates:</p>
<p>prelim>being reviewed>acted upon.</p>
<p>tom is correct. you get acted upon after you get your acceptance.</p>
<p>Some people's status changed to "acted upon" before they got their letter. This was largely with the first wave of scholarship recipients.</p>

<p>I think it'd be more fun if they acted after before April 1. More of a surprise in the mail if you haven't been camping the admissions site.</p>
