I am Native American and African American and plan on getting scholarships because of this. But what about others? What are ALL of the ethnic backrounds that could potentially help my chances?

I believe the UC system schools went race-blind meaning that’s no more a factor; usually though, URMs which get a boost include African Americans and Hispanics.

None I think but they might just SAY they don’t care when in fact they do.

You get scholarships on academic merit and/or community service or extracurricular activities… Not simply because you are black and/or native American.

what are your stats, as cortana said you have to do something. While there may be specific scholarships for race, you have to do something to get them.

Are you really asking this: how many different ethnicities can you CLAIM to game the academic system? As has been said, you need to accomplish something, not just BE something. That is true of admissions. That is true of scholarships. There are indeed ethnic-specific scholarships offered by various organizations, but you have to be an exemplary student to earn them, not just a member of an ethnic group. Maybe you didn’t phrase it right, but as an African American myself, I find your opening question really “suspicious,” as it sounds like you want to make up some kind of complicated heritage comprised of any, and as many, ethnic components that will get you into college.
