<p>To blindly say that being Hispanic will help without the benefit of a lot of other admissions information is clearly wrong. I admit I’m being pedantic but left unguarded, such statements will feed the narrow mindset that admissions is easier for Hispanics.</p>

<p>OP: Please post your full stats most of which will likely be more important than being Hispanic.</p>

<p>Your race will hugely help you. You can score 250 points lower on SAT and still have an advantage to some elite schools.
And also, there will be many colleges that would pay you scholarships just FOR your race. Take note of that and :)</p>
