What exactly do colleges receive with a score report?

I'd like to know exactly what information colleges receive from the college board with score reports.

I understand that they receive the scaled scores and access to scans of the SAT essays.

Do colleges see what other colleges are receiving score reports for this student at the same time or what schools the student sent scores to in the past?

Do colleges see if score choice was used in any way? Do they see what dates SAT reasoning or subject tests were taken?

Are there any publicly available redacted examples of the score reports colleges receive?

I still don’t have solid or verifiable answers to any of the specific questions above.

I did find a college board document that details the format or data layout of the electronic downloadable score reports: <a href=“The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board”>The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board;

It does suggest that the colleges receive the most recent answers the student has given to the student questionnaire. Also, colleges cannot receive more than the 6 most recent sat reasoning tests and subject tests from the 6 most recent dates on which a student took subject tests. The electronic score reports to colleges only show the percentiles for the most recently taken reasoning test and subject tests. Finally it also gives some data about the student’s high school such as how many AP courses are offered, if honors courses are offered, senior class size, percent of seniors going to college, and how many units are required for graduation.

I’ve heard rumors that if a student requests that score choice be used to a college that wants all scores, that college does in fact receive all scores, irregardless of the student’s request and the appearance that the request is being honored.

I don’t know if colleges know which or how many other colleges are receiving score reports from a student.
