What five words best describe you?

Wow, there were so many unique answers! Love them all!

inquisitive, optimistic, analytical, cooperative, compassionate

Ambitious Creative Innovative Tall Unpredictable

and it really showed in my essays

Genius, good-looking, muscular, tall, asian

I put:

Outlaw

Infamous

Rebel

Unpredictable

Vendetta

I am expecting either an acceptance or a deferral letter. (I know this looks pointless but that’s not what I mean. : D)

Honesty, Dedication, Love, God fearing

That’s only 4. YOU CHEATED!!! :'(

synapselapse,

yes, i am  but that’s not quite what I meant when I put down “aqueous”. I always thought that water’s evocative of a lot of interesting things because it has many interesting properties. It’s essential to life but can drown you, versatile, multi-purpose, gentle but strong, of teardrops and of oceans, compatible with many things, a mirror, blah blah

My friend was tempted to put down:

 1. Carbon-based
 2. Caucasian male
 3. 18 years old
 4. Earthling
 5. Immigrant

looking back, mine seem pathetic. They’re 100% true, but not the best words I could have used to encompass who I am:

Benevolent
Diligent
Good-humored–should have said comical instead lol
Honest
Outgoing

I saw this one somewhere on the internet:

1) Illiterate
2)
3)
4)
5)

looool

Can’t remember which ones I put now.

And I’m wondering if my daughter should have said humorous instead of comical.

inquisitive, affectionate, energetic, insatiable, and optimistic :)

My friend (who’s two years older than me) got accepted with these:

Tall
Striking
Handsome
Lovely
Gassy

Which I think is ridiculous.

Humorous, goal-driven, adaptable, explorer, inquisitive

I love how I’m the only one so far who put “intelligent.” I think it speaks to the application process as a whole.

After all, it is 1 of the best 5 words to describe me (and probably most people on here). If you asked my friends, that’s what theyd tell you.

Good, nobody put sourdough. I have officially won. :)

@ sehnsuchtting, it’s too bad you didn’t have room to expalin what you meant by “aqueous”

@ Mrpropapanda, your friend should have

stix2400:

I think that a lot of people on here simply took a different approach. With only five words, I wanted to focus on descriptions that were’t already obvious.

I realize that, but it’s “which 5 words best describe you” not “which 5 words would you like to tell Stanford admissions”

unfortunately, there is a huge difference. If people had to actually pick 5 words that best describe themselves “for real,” Im sure the results would be very different from what’s on this thread. And that’s what annoys me.
